
Mountain bike training is organized in three different sectors:
Driver safety and biking technique are two major factors when it comes to adventurous yet safe mountain biking.
Via practical exercises and outdoor theory lessons, we try to impart our knowledge to you in an easily understandably way.
The sport-scientific training is based on a performance diagnostic test, according to which we will draw up your individual training schedule (aiming e.g. at improving your performance or strengthening the cardiovascular system, …)
Furthermore we provide temporary training at high altitudes in Gasteinertal (tours starting from 1000 m in altitude). Our partners at
www.unterkunft-gastein.at offer accommodation in more than 1.500 m in altitude in a self-catering house. Frühstückspension Bacher (B&B) also provides tools and space to maintain your bikes.
